Rape convict Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh was supposed to feature in Bigg Boss!

Haryana's self-proclaimed godman, Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh was recently convicted in a 2002 rape case. The CBI court sentenced the 'Baba' 20 years in jail along with a fine of 30 lakhs rupees.

The court found 'MSG' guilty for raping two of his female followers in the year 2002.

Reportedly, Ram Rahim was approached by the producers of the famous Indian television reality show 'Bigg Boss'. He was supposed to be in the house for the 9th season of the show.

However, the makers couldn't fulfill the demands of the Dera chief and hence he rejected it.

He wished to join the popular controversial show and even said that he is in talks with the producers. But he demanded that he be allowed to exit the house for 2-3 hours everyday to meet his followers. 

But, Bigg Boss rules don't allow anyone to go out of the house till eviction, except for emergencies.

The show Bigg Boss will be back with its 11th season and Salman Khan will again be seen as the host.
