Ranveer Singh plans long break from work ahead of baby's arrival: Reports

Celebrations are in full swing as Bollywood power couple Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone prepare to welcome their first child, expected to arrive in September. The duo took to Instagram to share their joyous news, sending waves of excitement through their fan base. Adding to the joy, Ranveer has decided to take an extended paternity leave, as reported by Zoom.

According to a source close to the couple, Deepika had already cleared her schedule and was preparing for a long paternity leave, gradually easing out of work commitments. 

Ranveer, who had no immediate assignments lined up, has now made the decision to focus solely on spending time with Deepika and their soon-to-arrive bundle of joy. He has opted not to take any interim assignments before diving into projects like 'Don 3', 'Shaktimaan', and Aditya Dhar's upcoming action films next year.

On the professional front, Ranveer Singh, last seen in 'Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani', is gearing up for his role in Rohit Shetty's highly anticipated film, 'Singham Again'. In this action-packed movie, he will reprise his iconic role as the cop Simmba, sharing the screen with stars like Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff, and Kareena Kapoor.
