In a cinematic revelation that has left fans eagerly awaiting the release, the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has bestowed an adult certificate upon the much-anticipated film, 'Animal,' featuring the powerhouse team of Ranbir Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol, and Rashmika Mandanna. The recent drop of the thrilling 'Animal' trailer, a week before its scheduled release on December 1, has only intensified the excitement among cinephiles.

Director Sandeep Reddy Vanga, renowned for his directorial prowess in films like Arjun Reddy and its Hindi counterpart Kabir Singh, took to X to disclose the film's runtime. With a runtime of 3 hours, 21 minutes, 23 seconds, and 16 frames, 'Animal' promises an immersive cinematic experience that unfolds its narrative with meticulous detail.

Vanga expressed his admiration for Ranbir Kapoor's transformative performance in the role of Arjun Singh, emphasizing the actor's ability to embody characters in a league of their own. The director lauded Kapoor, stating, "Ranbir is a great actor, he is in a different league altogether. He is very original. I feel he is a mix of so many actors; it is wrong to compare to other actors. (But) I feel he is a mix of Robert De Niro, Al Pacino, and Kamal Haasan. This man (Ranbir) has no limitation."

Speaking on the casting of Bobby Deol, Vanga revealed that Deol was always the first choice for the film. Praising the actor's commitment, Vanga shared an anecdote from the film's shoot, recalling, "He (Bobby Deol) is a great guy. From day one, we had Bobby in mind. I had called him in 2020 or 2021; he was promoting Class of 83. For one of the scenes where he is bare-chested, we shot it in Scotland in minus three degrees. He came, he did the shot."

'Animal,' produced by T-Series, Cine1 Studios, and Bhadrakali Pictures, is set to hit theaters on December 1, offering a multi-lingual treat for audiences in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.
