South superstar Rana Daggubati is currently on cloud nine as he has found his lady love in Miheeka Bajaj and soon after making it official on social media, the couple celebrated their Roka ceremony on May 21. The pictures of the lovely couple went viral on the Internet and the duo looked happier than before.

Rana is a much-celebrated name in the South and became a crowd favourite after his role as Bhallaladeva in the magnum opus Baahubali series. The actor has also made his way into Bollywood and receives a similar kind of love and appreciation from the audiences here.

But here’s an interesting trivia about Rana which is sure to surprise you! Did you know Rana Daggubati is blind in one eye and can only see through his left eye? 

Yes, you heard that right and this shocking revelation was made by none other than the actor himself. During an old interview with a Telugu channel, Rana had confessed to being blind in one eye. 

Rana appeared on the Telugu chat show to share the stories of his struggle and inspire other people to keep going despite the obstacles. While interacting with a woman who had a problem in her eye, the actor motivated her by sharing his own personal story and said:

 “Should I tell you one thing, I am blind from my right eye. I see only from my left eye. The one you see is someone else’s eye which was donated to me after his death. If I close my left eye, I can see no one.”

Rana continued:  “LV Prasad operated on me when I was young. Study well, we will support, be courageous as you have to look after her. Sorrows will go away one day but you have to gear up and keep them happy always.”

Meanwhile, speaking of Rana’s wedding with Miheeka Bajaj, the actor’s father told  Hyderabad Times: 

"The wedding will happen this year. We were thinking of having it around December but it could happen even sooner than that too. We will reveal the details once things are finalised. One thing’s for sure, the kids have given us a nice way to enhance our lockdown productivity. We’ll now be busy planning a wedding.”
