Just a day ago, south superstar Rana Daggubati took the Internet by storm when he made his relationship with long time girlfriend Miheeka Bajaj public. He took to social media to share a mushy post that read: “And she said yes”.

While this news may have broken a million hearts of his female fans, the actor’s friends and colleagues sent in their heartfelt congratulatory wishes for the couple.

A recent report confirms that Rana’s family and friends were aware of Miheeka and the actor had to propose to his lady love virtually owing to the lockdown. However, the family has confirmed the actor’s wedding and preparations may start soon after the lockdown.

“He has proposed virtually in the time of lockdown. He and Miheeka, who is an interior designer and event manager, have been in a serious relationship for a while now. No official engagement has taken place yet due to the current situation, but it’s official. Their family and friends have been aware of their relationship and knew they were going to get married. Obviously, with the lockdown in place wedding planning will take place only once things return to normalcy,” a source was quoted by Mumbai Mirror.

Rana Daggubati and Miheeka Bajaj kept their relationship away from the public eye as the source adds: 

“She never visited him on the sets and the paparazzi didn’t have any idea that they were dating. It was all strictly under wraps.”
