Rajkummar Rao and Sanya Malhotra starter ‘HIT- the first case’ to be released in theatres on May 20, 2022

The film "HIT - The First Case," starring Rajkummar Rao and Sanya Malhotra, will be released in theatres on May 20 of next year. The mystery thriller is a remake of the same-named Telugu hit from 2020. 

The film "HIT," which stands for Homicide Intervention Team, tells the storey of a cop (Rao) on the hunt for a missing woman.

The film is produced by T-Series, led by Bhushan Kumar, and the release date was announced on the company's official Twitter account. 

“Get set for Bhushan Kumar & Dil Raju's HIT - The First Case, starring @RajkummarRao & @sanyamalhotra07 the mystery thriller to release on 20th May 2022,” the tweet said.

"HIT - The First Case”, is produced by Bhushan Kumar, Dil Raju, Krishan Kumar, and Kuldeep Rathore.

Talking about work, Rajkummar Rao's upcoming films include "Badhaai Do," "Monica, O My Darling," and Anubhav Sinha's social drama "Bheed."
