Raj Kapoor death anniversary: Riddhima Kapoor Sahni shares childhood picture in memory of grandfather!

Today marks the death anniversary of legendary artiste Raj Kapoor who left for his heavenly abode in 1988. To this, Riddhima Kapoor Sahni took to her Instagram handle and fondly remembered the late legend with an unseen picture in the memory of her grandfather. 

The picture featured Riddhima with her grandfather and cousins Karisma Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan.

Meanwhile, Riddhima's mom Neetu Kapoor too shared a video of the late legend as she wrote ''Miss you''.

Both Neetu and Riddhima keep revisiting memories from their archives and shares them actively with fans. 

Talking about the ‘circle of life’, Neetu had previously shared throwback pictures of Rishi Kapoor and late Raj Kapoor as grandfathers. While in one photo, Riddhima’s daughter Samara could be seen sitting in Rishi Kapoor’s lap, the next picture captured little Riddhima in her grandfather Raj Kapoor’s lap.

For the unversed, actor Raj Kapoor was born on 14 December 1924, in Peshawar, Pakistan. The family then moved to India and traveled to various cities before settling down in Mumbai which became their home. 

Raj Kapoor passed away in 1988, his wife Krishna Kapoor passed away in 2018. The family also lost Rishi Kapoor and sister Ritu Nanda this year.
