Rahul Raj Singh files DEFAMATION case against Kamya Punjabi!

The Pratyusha Banerjee suicide case doesn't seem to be ending anytime soon. From allegations to suspects, the case has been witnessing several developments with every passing day.

And the prime person in the whole saga has been Rahul Raj Singh, Pratyusha's boyfriend, who has been the prime suspect for the case. There has been a range of controversies pertaining Rahul since the suicide, which included molestation too.

However, none of it has still been proven. And now, after all these months, according to a leading news daily, Rahul has filed a one crore defamation case against, Pratyusha's best friend and actress, Kamya Punjabi.

The hullabaloo pertaining Pratyusha's death got bigger when Kamya repeatedly mentioned and accused Rahul of being the reason for Pratyusha's death all this time.

And now Rahul has filed a case against Kamya and three other people at the Ranchi High Court.

Rahul mentioned that he wants a public apology from all those people who apparently took advantage of Pratyusha's demise as an opportunity for self-publicity. He also mentioned that if Kamya really wanted to help solve the mystery of the death, she would have gone to the police instead of going to the media. He also mentioned that all the accusations and allegations she has put on him; he wants her to prove them. 

About the fact of taking almost six months to file the case, he mentioned that he was gathering all the evidence.

Kamya on the other hand, mentioned that she is yet to receive any legal notice and that she will do what needs to be done once she gets the notice.
