"I wanted Shaan to win, I voted for him too"

The dashing actor Karan Patel who started his career with television and entertained the viewers, has also entertained the audience with his acting skills in movies too.  Karan Patel popularly known as Ronnie Sabbarwal of Ekta Kapoor's Balaji Telefiilms daily soap Kasturi, has also done many reality shows on television and the recent one was the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhla Jaa - Dancing with the Stars on Colors.

He entered Jhalak Dikhla Jaa as a wild card entry and exceptionally performed very well even being a non-dancer. He was very much appreciated for his dancing skills too. The grand finale of the show saw the Madhubala of television a.k.a Drashti Dhami who is currently seen in Saurabh Tiwari's popular daily soap Madhubala - Ek Ishq Ek Junoon, took away the Jhalak trophy home.

On the same we got in touch with Karan Patel to know about his reaction on his good friend Drashti Dhami's spectacular win in Jhalak Dikhla Jaa, and he said "She deserved to win Jhalak Dikhla Jaa. She has really worked hard and accordingly the best person has  won the Jhalak trophy. A hearty congratulations to her for the win."

But well as we chatted with him further we got to know that he wanted the popular singer Shaan to win the show, "Shaan had given some awesome performances coming out from his comfort zone. He is a non-dancer and we all saw him trying different forms of dance. I wanted Shaan to win, I also had voted for him. But I feel that all the four finalists are the winners."

Well apart from Jhalak Dikhla Jaa, we also got to know that Karan Patel is going to replace Cezzane Khan in Ekta Kapoor's Balaji Telefilms upcoming show Tera Mera Rishta Purana on Star Plus.

The show Tera Mera Rishta Purana has not yet got the final on air dates. But we hear that the shooting for the show has already begun from quite some months now. Being the gorgeous actress Divyanka Tripathy and the handsome actor Cezzane Khan as the main leads in the show, we hear that Cezanne Khan has backed off from the show and Karan Patel will replace him in the show.

When we contacted Karan Patel to know about the same he said, "Yes, I did get a call for the show Tera Mera Rishta Purana. But nothing is finalized as of now."

Furthermore we tried to contact Cezanne Khan to know the whole story too on what made him quit the show or has he been replaced from the show, the actor remained unavailable for any comments. When we contacted Cezzane's co-actor in the show namely Divyanka Tripathy to know more about the same, she too seemed not updated about the replacement, as she said "Even I am not too sure about the replacement yet."

Well we wonder on whether the replacement will take place or not. So far we know that the shooting for the show had already started from months back, hence it would be difficult to start shooting from the scratch all over again. Another question too arises is why is the show not going on air even after everything being finalized and also the shoot has already begun.

We are sure that the fans are eagerly waiting to see the show hitting the television screens soon.
