#PromoReview: Gul Khan's 'Kulfi Kumar Bajewala' is the wave of freshness that Star Plus needs

Gul Khan's upcoming show on Star Plus, starring Mohit Malik and Anjali Anand in lead roles has been in the constant news, and now, a short teaser of the show is here, we are definitely looking forward to it.

The teaser of the show has child actor Aakriti Sharma at her playful best, and she is seen playing around with the pottery items creating music out of it. With an aim to promote music as an ultimate healer, the teaser sure does win hearts, and so does Aakruti's smile.

An adaptation of popular Star Jalsha show 'Potol Kumar Gaanwala', the show is the story of how a girl, who is blessed with great singing talent wishes to reunite with her father. Mohit Malik will be seen playing the role of Sikander, while Anjali will be playing a stepmom with negative instincts.

While there is a definite sense of innocence to the teaser, there also is some soulful music with meaningful lyrics to it. While there is nothing much that the teaser reveals, it does manage to raise our curiosity levels to an extent.

Verdict:

Well, though there is more to come, the show looks like a promising one with equal amounts drama and otherwise.
