#PromoReview: Deepika Singh-Namik Paul-Vin Rana are back to spook you out with Kavach 2

Created by Ekta Kapoor, Kavach starring Mona Singh, Vivek Dahiya, Ssara Khan and others grabbed appreciations from all over when the first season went on air. The show bagged many accolades and the twist and turns were something that the fans loved the most about the show. We have already reported that the show is all set to comeback with season 2. And this time it will star Deepika Singh, Namik Paul, Vin Rana in lead roles. The makers released the promo of the second season recently and fans are going gaga over it.

What's It About?

Sandhya (Deepika Singh) goes to a shiv mandir on the eve of Mahashivratri. It said that whoever prays to the god on that occasion they can see their love. While two faces (Namik Paul and Vin Rana) appear a dark force comes and calls the girl. The lamp goes out and Sandhya is scared. The show would reveal will Sandhya be able to save her love or not.

What we liked?

Deepika Singh is back with Namik Paul and Vin Rana, thus we cannot wait to know more about this season of Kawach. The music, visual graphics and the presentation will create an eerie feeling that the makers wanted. They established the story plot in a nutshell and it is intriguing. The mystery around the dark force created by the maker is something to look forward to in the show.

What we didn't like

Deepika's character name is again Sandhya. We wonder if the makers wanted to create a deja vu for her fans. This Shivratri setup gives a Naagin 3 feel.

Verdict

As the show marks the comeback of Deepika Singh and Namik Paul the show promises a lot of amazing talents. Also Vin Rana has joined the gang and we cannot wait to see him opposite Deepika Singh. Supernatural is the current 'in' thing and Kavach 2 has chances of hitting the right chords of the fans.
