#PROMOREVIEW: Colors Naagin 3's promo is finally out...

Colors' bi-weekly Ek Mayavi Prem Gatha Chandrakanta will soon make way for Ekta Kapoor's ambitious supernatural revenge thriller Naagin 3. Naagin 3, which is one of the most awaited shows of the channel, will premiere on the 2nd of June.

The Naagin series will be completely revamped this time, with Ekta bringing in a new cast altogether, which comprises of Anita Hassanandani, Karishma Tanna, Surbhi Jyoti, Rajat Tokas, Pearl V Puri, Rakshanda Khan, Pavitra Punia among others.

The channel has finally released the promo and this is what we think about it.

What We Liked:

We were pleasantly surprised with how the show has UPGRADED THEIR VFX. For the very first time in the history of the Naagin franchise, are we really impressed with the visual effects that we saw.

After the VFX, what came to our notice were the costumes. This time the costumes of Karishma Tanna, Anita Hassanandani and Rajat Tokas looked really apt and convincing.

What We Did Not Like:

Rajat Tokas... Having seen Rajat do pathbreaking roles in Jodhaa Akbar and Chandra Nandini, the nano-second glimpse that we say of Rajat, did not really suffice for us. And we wish to see more of him.

Verdict:

We've seen two seasons of Naagin that have focussed on the concept of revenge over the death of parents. We feel that it will be refreshing to see this season where an icchadhari naagin takes revenge for being sexually abused and the resultant death of her partner.
