Priyanka Chopra Jonas and Nick Jonas welcome a baby via surrogate

Priyanka Chopra Jonas and husband Nick Jonas have always given out major couple goals. The two have in fact, broken so many stereotypes and continue to do so.

And once again, they have managed to take everyone by a sweet surprise as they have now become parents to a baby via surrogate. Priyanka took to Instagram to announce the same and congratulations have been pouring in for the duo.

Priyanka wrote,

We are overjoyed to confirm that we have welcomed a baby via surrogacy. We respectfully ask for privacy during this special time as we focus on our family. Thankyou so much.

Meanwhile, in an interview with a magazine earlier, Priyanka was asked about extending her family, and she went on to say,

"They’re (children) a big part of our desire for the future. By God’s grace, when it happens, it happens."

Meanwhile, Priyanka was in the news a while ago for reports about their split when she dropped Jonas from her name. In an interview with Vanity Fair, Priyanka said,

"Because of the noise of social media, because of the prevalence that it has in our lives, I think it seems a lot larger than it is. I think that we give it a lot more credence in real life, and I don’t think it needs that.”

For now, all that's history and there are only celebrations in store for the duo and their families.
