This was the best chance Priya ever had of making it big. I'm sorry her health didn't permit it, but I'm surprised that she was as bad as she was playing a somewhat simple character

Isn't this article a little too late.By now the regular viewers have understood that she is out of the show.but instead of changing the story they could have replaced her with another actress.
Hope Priya's health is ok now.

Pyar Ishq & Radhikarani

The show has already completed all the events that Rukmini was famous for by substituting her w/ Jambavati & Satyabhama. From now on, she has no role. Only thing left would have been the birth of Pradhyumna & Krishna's other sons, but since they'll be starting on the Mahabharat track Monday, when Pradhyumna was already an young man, chances are likely that this serial will have no Pradhyumna.

Fully agree w/ you. Much of the fault for giving her weird dialogs, like addressing Krishna by name, recoiling whenever something inauspicious happened, etc is partly the fault of the scriptwriters, but I do expect Ms Bhatija to have known that husbands then were never addressed by name. Her entire role was badly done! The other 2 queens did substitute, but that's altering the story. If in the Mahabharat track the guy who plays Arjun has health problems, will Krishna then play charioteer to Bhima?

Oh, forgot to mention - I wish Priya a speedy & complete recovery, and better luck in future endeavors. Too bad all this also happened while she was going thru a divorce

Right from the beginning, this actor's acting was not upto the mark - on first seeing her i was really surprised how can they choose such an actor for Devi Rukmini's role - anyways, when she stopped working, the other two actor-queens have managed fairly well to carry the story forward...they could have replaced ms.bhatija long ago with a better looking and more convincing actor to play the role of Devi Rukmini. Jai Dwarkadheesh.
