Preity Zinta watches ‘The Kashmir Files’ with family, calls it a powerful film

Preity Zinta recently uploaded an Instagram selfie of herself watching a movie at a theatre for the first time in three years. The actress stated that she and her family watched 'The Kashmir Files.' 

She wrote, "So excited to go to the Movie theater after almost 3 years . Watched #Thekashmirfiles & was stunned by the movie. It’s been a while since I saw a film in which every actor did an outstanding job. The filmmaker of 'The Kashmir Files,' Vivek Agnihotri, has addressed the issue over his film's depiction of fiction. "Some parties have turned Kashmir into a business," he told PTI. “Our film aimed to put a stop to this practice. As a result, people who gained from it attempt to stir up controversy. Terrorism, on the other hand, is unarguable. We wanted to show that when militancy infiltrates a community and receives intellectual support from a segment of society, disaster follows." 

Anupam Kher, Mithun Chakraborty, Pallavi Joshi, and Darshan Kumar are starred in the film.
