Pratyusha's death mystery: Rahul Raj Singh gets INTERIM bail!

The death mystery of Pratyusha Banerjee intensifies with every passing day. The accused Rahul Raj Singh, Pratyusha's boyfriend was summoned to be present at the Bombay High Court today.

And now, after a longing discussion, the court has decided to give Rahul some relief till the 25th April 2016.

The court has ordered for Rahul's temporary relief, but he will have to obey the rule of coming to the police station everyday for daily questioning.

On the basis of complaint against Rahul, he is accused of the following charges; abetment of suicide (section 306), 504, criminal intimidation (section 506) and voluntarily causing hurt (section 323) under the Indian Penal Code.

In spite of all these charges, Rahul's lawyer has managed to obtain temporary relief and save him from arrest till 25th April.

After the whole issue, Rahul was physically ill, where he was apparently into depression and had suicidal tendencies for which he was admitted in a hospital for 12 days.
