Actor Prabhas is set to do what nobody else has ever imagined doing in Indian cinema. For his role in the second part of Baahubali, which is currently on the floors, the 37-year-old will weigh approximately 150 kg, which is 30 kg higher than how much he weighed in the first part. All set to join the sets later this month, Prabhas has been working out extensively over the last few weeks to achieve the goal which, according to many, is insane and impossible.
"Prabhas has hired two trainers and a dietician, who are working with him day in and day out. He currently weighs about 130 kg and has another two weeks to add another 20 kg. He's approximately spending five hours in the gym everyday and has been following a strict diet regime, which includes 50 egg whites, half kg of chicken, salads and fruits and brown rice. He's working out like a monster," a source was quoted saying in an entertainment portal. [sic]
The source was further quoted saying, "Apparently, Prabhas was supposed to start working out much earlier, soon after the completion of the first part. However, a shoulder surgery, which he underwent last year, forced him to be out of action for at least six months. "He was advised to not lift weights and hence, he had to wait for his shoulder to completely heal. It was due to this shoulder injury, that the shoot of the first part of Baahubali was delayed by a few months which in turn delayed its release." [sic]
