Dhanashree Verma has been making headlines following her divorce, with both she and her ex-husband Yuzvendra Chahal sharing cryptic posts on social media, fueling speculation about the reasons behind their split. On Friday, Dhanashree Verma, posted beautiful pictures of herself post divorce. She looked amazing and her message was all about loving herself. This comes after she and cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal officially got divorced.

“It’s okay to stop and stare," Dhanashree Verma shared photos of herself on social media, looking stunning in a simple black tank top and sporting a natural, no-makeup look. She captioned the post with a message about embracing self-love.

Dhanashree's post sparked a flurry of positive comments from fans. "You look so beautiful," one wrote, while another exclaimed, "Gorgeous!" "Why so cute yar?" asked another, and someone else declared her a "Beauty queen."

However, Dhanashree has been facing online criticism for receiving Rs 4.75 crore in alimony after her divorce from Yuzvendra Chahal. Some fans commented on her posts, asking about the alimony amount, "Mam amount credit ho gya account m 4.75cr?", and others questioned her motives, "Gairo ke paiso se video shoot karate dekha," "Aapda ko avsar me badal diya," "If asking for dowry is a crime, then so is for alimony."

Dhanashree and Chahal got married in December 2020 and reportedly lived separately for 18 months before their divorce was finalized. Chahal's lawyer, Nitin Kumar Gupta, confirmed the divorce to ANI, stating, "The court has granted the divorce, and both parties are no longer husband and wife."

Initial reports claimed that Dhanashree had sought Rs 60 crore in alimony, but her family strongly denied these rumors in an official statement.

A Bar and Bench report later confirmed that the alimony amount was Rs 4.75 crore, with Chahal already paying Rs 2.37 crore.

On the same day her divorce was granted, Dhanashree released her latest music video, "Dekha Ji Dekha Maine," which explores themes of infidelity and toxic relationships. Interestingly, around the same time, Chahal was seen publicly attending cricket matches with RJ Mahvash.
