Post B Shantanu and Bhairavi Vaidya's stint, in CID rolls out Delhi series!

This week's CID will showcase an interesting case which has become very common in our society. The story will project how parents get their son married and soon after he ends up disowning them.  

Talented personalities, B Shantanu and Bhairavi Vaidya will be seen as an old parent couple in the episodic.

While B Shantanu remained unavailable for comment, Bhairavi said, "After actively doing theatre for 42 years, I am inclined to take up episodic shows as I get to essay different characters. Personally I feel they are far better than the run of the mill daily soaps." 

Bhairavi was also a part of films like Hera Pheri, Chori Cori Chupke Chupke and What's Your Raashee? to name a few.

Post this episodic, the long running show will also churn out a special Delhi series focusing on the crime and events in the capital city. 

A source informs, "We will start shooting for the episodes from July 10."

We tried contacting producer B P Singh for confirmation on the same but he remained unavailable for comment.
