Political angle to be introduced in Woh Rehne Wali..

As we had reported earlier, Sahara One's Woh Rehne Wali Mehlon Ki of Rajshri Productions which recently surpassed the mammoth achievement of completing 1000 episodes is now slated for a new political angle in the show.

Giving more info on the new story line, our source states, "A whole new family will be introduced in the show, from the coming week. Their entry will be aired on Monday, 20th July. The political family will be headed by the Minister who holds power in the State Government; he has a wife, a son and daughter. The Minister's role will be essayed by noted actor, Abhay Bhargav. Harsh Vashishta who was last seen in Zee's Dulhann plays the minister's son while Shabnam plays the daughter".

We talked to Harsh Vashishta who confirmed his presence in the show and said, "I play the son of the minister; he is a powerful character, stylized and arrogant. He will have grey shades to portray".

In addition to the above mentioned actors, Jay (Parth), Rishabh's youngest brother will go on to have a love interest in the show. "Rookie actress Preeti Chaudhury will essay the role of Jay's lover, who will ultimately marry him and will become a permanent member of Rani's family", adds our source.

Preeti was earlier seen in Sony's Hum Ladkiyaan where she played the role of Alka. She was also seen in Sony's Rajuben where she played sister of Shilpa Shukla aka Rajuben.

We called up Preeti Chaudhary who talked about her role in the show. "I play the role of Rajini, a very fun loving, bubbly character who is something similar to Asin's character in the movie Ghajini. She loves to play pranks on all. I do not know much about the family background of the girl, but she has an ailing father who is about to die. She will go on to be the love interest of Jay".

The political angle in the show will hold focus for the next few months, and all starts when Rani's family who hold a good name in the business circle get a call from the Minister's place to hold a Ram Leela in their city. "Jay will be given the responsibility on behalf of the family to organize the Ram Leela. From the minister's side, the son played by Harsh Vashishta will help Jay in putting things in place for the Ram Leela. Preeti Chaudhury's entry will happen during the Ram Leela where she plays the role of Sita in the show organized", further adds our source.

"The interaction between the Minister's family and Rani's family, increases with the Ram Leela activity. Slowly Rani and the minister's wife befriend each other, and the association gets warmer and closer. However, owing to certain situational changes, there will arise a point where the relationship between the families turns sour", elaborates our source.

The introduction of the new political angle to the show will happen coming Monday, 20th July. The Minister's family will have a cameo to play, while Preeti Chaudhury who will go on to be the Bahu of the house will have a long running role.
