'Pehredaar Piya Ki' fame Afaan Khan's upcoming show ROPES in this talented actor!

Rashmi Sharma's next on Colors' titled Roop... Mard Ka Naya Swaroop has so far roped in an ensemble cast of Affan Khan, Mitali Nag, Yash Tonk and Vaishali Thakkar among other actors.

And recently, makers added another big name to the cast - that of Ashish Kaul.

Ashish, who has been a part of shows like Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii, Kasautii Zindagii Kayy, Parvarrish - Kuchh Khattee Kuchh Meethi, Qubool Hai, Tashan-E-Ishq, Savitri Devi College & Hospital, Rishta Likhenge Hum Naya and Ishq Mein Marjawan, has been roped in to play the role of the patriarch of the female lead's family.

While Yash Tonk's character will be that of a patriarch who believes that a girl need not be given any more rights, Ashish will be of a different mindset, where he will believe in boosting a girls confidence and in educating the girl child.
