Parth Samthaan embroiled in another Sexual Harassment case!

Parth Samthaan seems to have become controversy's favourite child! The Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan actor, who was last accused of molesting model Gauri Arora is back in the news for molesting a model named Sushmita Chakravati.

Sushmita has filed a complaint against the actor for molesting her. Parth was called at Bangur Nagar police station for the same.

Without any delay, we at India Forums contacted Parth who spoke to us at length about this controversy.

Parth said, "Yes, it's true that I have been pressed with the charges but things are sorted now and she has taken back the F.I.R. She was my friend and we had some issue regarding money. She went and filed an F.I.R against me of molesting her, but then she realized her mistake. It is my birthday today and this unfolded before I could even celebrate."

However, Sushmita had a very different story to present to us.

Sushmita revealed, "I have filed a case against Parth. We were friends from the past 4 years and we used to frequently go out to party. This time he tried to get close to me, but I did not let that happen. But when I got to know about a particular Whatsapp group that I was being discussed in... I got upset and filed a case against him. It's not a publicity stunt and I belong to a very good family. I am going to fight and will not take the case back."

Parth has been involved in forming a Whatsapp group and discussing women in the past too where Niti Taylor, the actor's ex-co-star had lashed out on him for abusing her on a Whatsapp group.

For now, both the concerned parties have given us contradicting statements. Only time will tell who's at fault pertaining to this case.
