Parineeti Chopra playfully assigns 'Bridesmaid Duties' to Priyanka Chopra; wedding bells ringing loud

Parineeti Chopra, the popular Bollywood actress, has finally provided some insights into her relationship status after being persistently questioned about her wedding plans with Raghav Chadha. Parineeti dropped a significant hint about her impending nuptials after reacting to a heartfelt post by her cousin, Priyanka Chopra. The post from Priyanka extended wishes to Parineeti on her engagement, indicating that the wedding bells might be ringing soon.

Sharing pictures of the couple from the ceremony, Priyanka wrote, “Congratulations Tisha and Raghav... Cannot wait for the wedding! So happy for you both and the families so fun to catch up with the fam!”

Parineeti responded and wrote, “Mimi didii - bridesmaid’s duties coming upppp!” with a laughing emoji and hearts emoticons.

In an act of support and celebration, Priyanka flew from London to attend Parineeti's engagement ceremony held at Kapurthala House in Delhi on May 13. The couple, Parineeti and Raghav, were elegantly dressed in traditional white ensembles, while Priyanka stunned in a neon yellow ruffled saree, adding glamour to the high-profile event. The engagement brought about a joyous reunion with the paternal side of the Chopra family.

Parineeti's brothers and parents were also present to witness the special occasion. Sharing their emotions on social media, Parineeti's brother Shivang Chopra wrote on Instagram, "We saw love! We felt love! Waheguru." Sahaj Chopra added, "You found your love language." Their mother, Reena Chopra, expressed her overflowing love and gratitude towards the couple through an Instagram post, accompanied by pictures from the engagement. 

The engagement ceremony turned out to be a star-studded affair, with the presence of several prominent politicians including Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, former Finance Minister P. Chidambaram, and Shiv Sena leader Aditya Thackeray.  As the couple embarks on this new chapter of their lives, the public eagerly awaits more details and official announcements regarding their wedding plans.
