Pandya Store: Simran Budharup, Akshay Kharodia & Mohit Parmar test positive for COVID 19; Shiny Doshi unwell

Covid-19 cases in India have become a concern once again as the numbers continue to rise. With many testing positive for the virus, everyone is urged to stay safe and maintain all precautions. The numbers of cases saw a subsequent surge post Christmas and New Year’s celebrations.

While people have been taking precautions, many are getting affected by the virus.

India Forums has exclusively learned that Pandya Store actors Simran Budharup (Rishita), Akshay Kharodia (Dev) and Mohit Parmar (Krish) have tested positive for COVID 19. The actors have been asked to quarantine themselves. However, the update has been kept under the wraps.

A highly placed source from the set of the show also confirmed that actress Shiny Doshi (Dhara) has also not been reporting on the sets for quite sometime now. However, it’s not confirmed whether the actress is affected by the virus or not.

A close source said, “Shiny had an extreme cold and cough since a few days but she made sure to shoot for the show while her test results were awaited. However, for a couple of days, she is not coming on the sets and her scenes have also been removed from the script which is quite unlikely”.

With many actors testing positive, it will surely be a task for the makers to pull of the show.
