'Pandya Store' fame Shrashti Maheshwari to tie the knot on June 19

Actor Shrashti Maheshwari got engaged to tech engineer Karan Vaidya back in February. And now, after these past few months, the couple is all set to tie the knot on 19th June 2022.

They will do so in their hometown Jaipur in a traditional way with all the rituals. The two were planning to get married in April earlier, then they decided to postpone it to June because of the pandemic.

Needless to say, the actor is extremely excited about it as she talked about it in an interview with ETimes TV, "Earlier we were planning to get married in April but I am glad that we postponed it because the pandemic is hopefully behind us now. Karan and I can have a beautiful wedding and can call our friends and well-wishers. We are getting married in our hometown Jaipur and looking forward to all the functions." 

The mehndi, sangeet and haldi will precede the wedding on June 18, while the jaymala and wedding pheras will take place on June 19. 

Maheshwari said, "Karan and I both want it to a simple yet beautiful wedding with good food and decoration. I have already started designing my lehenga and I am planning our sangeet and haldi functions. I feel blessed that I have found the right guy and feel tremendous gratitude. What more can I expect or ask from the universe?"

She added, "Karan is a tech engineer and IIT grad and we both are almost similar in nature. He is also very romantic and I like that about him."

Maheshwari is best known for her role in Pandya Store.
