OMG! A theft of Rs 5 lakh on the sets of this Star Plus show

Star Plus' popular show Meri Durga and its team were in for a rude shock this Monday, as a theft had occurred on their sets.

Yes! That's right. According to a leading news daily, a theft of approximately Rs 5 lakh occurred on the sets of the show thus leaving the crew appalled.

It so happened that the cast and crew including actors, Srishti Jain and Paras Kalnawat concluded their shoot at 10 pm and packed up to leave.

Next day, when they reached the sets of Katharsis Studios, Powai at 9 a.m., they were shocked to know that all their light equipments, including bulbs were missing.

Producer, Pradeep Kumar has filed an FIR in the police station and they are further investigating into the matter.

Also, fortunately, the makers had also insured the sets completely.

We hope the culprit is found and given the right punishment.
