Adapted from Umera Ahmed’s novel by the same name, the show traces the journey of Falak (Mahira Khan), as she strives to make up for all the time she has lost in worldly pursuits, eventually giving into Allah’s will. It captures her learnings from harsh realities and journey from self to subsistence.

Starting on 14th October at 7:00pm, the show stars versatile actor Sanam Saeed and Maya Ali in pivotal roles. Diyar-e-Dil follows the lives of a dysfunctional family and their journey of coming together.
Actor Sanam Saeed who played Ruhina Behroze Khan in the show said “Diyar-E-Dil is a beautifully shot very nuanced show. Portraying the character of Ruhina was a great learning experience and it helped me widen my horizons as an actor. I essay the role of a simple girl from a middle-class family, who has multiple layers and emotions to her personality. She is strong willed, complexed and holds a great deal of dignity. While it was challenging playing a character who ages through the story, I thoroughly enjoyed the process of understanding and playing Ruhina. I am excited about the show taking to Indian screens and looking forward to the love from the audiences yet again."
Viewers will also get to indulge themselves with more entertainment as Zindagi brings to the screens, Maat on 20th October at 8:30 pm, starring popular actress Saba Qamar in the lead role. The series brings to life, the story of two sisters and their conflicts.
