No films for Shahid Kapoor post Kabir Singh; "I am unemployed right now" says the actor!

Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani starrer Kabir Singh is all set to release this Friday. The trailer and songs of the film have already received a lot of appreciation from the fans. And the actors have been busy promoting the film since the time it was announced.

Recently in an interview with The Asian Age, Shahid opened up about being unemployed post Kabir Singh. Although there were reports of that 38-year-old Shahid Kapoor is interested in making a biopic on boxer Dingko Singh- the first and only Asian gold medallist boxer from India in the Bantamweight category, but there has been no former announcement on the same.  “I am unemployed right now because I don’t have a film and it does suck because I want to know what I am doing next! I do have too many things to do even when I am not working, so there is always something to do,” said the actor.

Shahid is known for delivering realistic performances in films like Kaminey, Haider, Jab We Met and many more. The actor has a huge fan following and they are eagerly waiting for the actor to announce his next.

For the unversed, Kabir Singh is an official remake of Telugu blockbuster Arjun Reddy which starred Vijay Deverakonda in the lead role.
