Neha Sharma and Piyush Mishra’s courtroom drama deliver an impressive courtroom drama with Illegal season 2

Illegal has returned with a second season and it’s hard-hitting with some very engaging courtroom drama. The second season promises to be bigger and better. Staying true to it’s promise, the second season ups the ante with even more powerful and compelling role of Neha Sharma, portrayed as Nihaarika. The young and clever protagonist, Nihaarika is back as a mad lawyer both personally and legally. 

Illegal 2 revolves around Nihaarika, after parting ways with Janardhan Jaitley [Piyush Mishra] is now heading her own legal firm with the help of Satyadeep Misra [Puneet]. Janardhan is making his way into politics while her ex-boyfriend [Akshay Jaitley] is handling major cases in Janardhan’s law firm. With the history behind, Nihaarika and Akshay are often at loggerheads with each other, while Janardhan Jaitley continues to pull the strings behind the cases in the law firm. 

On the other hand, Nihaarika’s law firm gets couple of high-profile cases that could give her the limelight to enter the fighting league. While on the other hand, in the second season, Nihaarika gets closer to the dashing new entrant in the season, Tanuj Virwani portrayed as Raghav. He is the new resident in her building and the next-door neighbor. However, things seem to be working in the favor of Neha Sharma as she juggles between couple of things. 

The cast portrays their characters brilliantly in the season, with Neha Sharma, Piyush Mishra, Satyadeep Misra, Akshay Oberoi, Parul Gulati, and Tanuj Virwani. All in all, Illegal 2 is a must watch and cannot be missed.
