Neha Kakkar slams media for blaming 'anyone' for her breakup with Himansh Kohli

Neha Kakkar, who was last seen in Indian Idol 10 was rumoured of dating Yaariyaan actor Himansh Kohli. While the duo denied the news earlier, it was in Indian Idol 10 that Himansh came to surprise Neha and they both accepted that they are more than just friends. 

Since then they have been going strong, until recently when both unfollowed each other on social media and Neha deleted some of her pictures with him. Soon, it was revealed that the duo has called it quits. Speculations about their breakup have been rife. While some have blamed Himansh for it, some have blamed Neha. Finally, the singer has spoken up.

She took to Instagram to slam the media and wrote a heartfelt post saying that it wasn't ugly, neither the relationship and nor the breakup. She requested the media to not blame anyone and spread positivity and happiness. She even mentioned that it was her destiny and God's wish that they aren't together anymore.

Meanwhile, speaking about her breakup and life post it, Neha said in a statement, "Right now, all I can say is that being single is the best feeling of my life. You know what, when I was in a relationship, I was not being able to give time to my family and my friends. At that time, I dedicated all my time and energy to that person who does not deserve it.

And guess what; in spite of giving him so much time; he always complained of not being together." She further added, "Thankfully, I have moved on from this bad relationship. I am really in a happy space now. I have realised that my family is more deserving than anybody else in my life. I am happy with whatever happened because that made me realise the importance of my family members. With this bad experience, I am not open to love again. As I said, I am happy to be single!"
