Neha Dhupia slips into police uniform, to play the role of pregnant cop in 'A Thursday'

Neha Dhupia surprised her fans and the entire Bollywood fraternity as she announced her second pregnancy with her husband Angad Bedi. She is already a mother to three-year-old Mehr, who shared a family photo expressing her joy.

A daunting mother and prominent actress, Neha is know to break barriers and set new goals in the industry. Announcing her next even while she is expecting, Neha spilled a few interesting details about her upcoming project and shared her first look. The actress will be seen playing the role of a pregnant cop Catherine Alvarez in the upcoming film, 'A Thursday'.

Taking to Instagram, Neha, on Tuesday, expressed her gratitude to the makers of the project for breaking the stereotypes.

"Bridging the gap between real and reel life. Thank you @behzu @rsvpmovies @ronnie.screwvala @pashanjal @bluemonkey_film @hasanainhooda for giving me all the support and believing in us... this ones for all the mamas in the making ... we make us strong," she wrote, flaunting her baby bump in the pictures.

For the unversed, Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi had a low-key wedding at a Delhi Gurudwara in 2018. They later revealed the rushed nature of their wedding was due to Neha's pregnancy, which was kept under wraps for a few months.

Mehr was born in November 2018, just a few months after Neha and Angad’s wedding. The Chup Chup Ke actress was three months pregnant when Angad had approached her parents to ask for her hand in marriage.  

This obviously didn’t go well initially, and there was a major showdown and Neha’s mother even suffered a nosebleed with the stress.
