Nawazuddin Siddiqui's mother files complaint against his wife Aaliya Siddiqui in property dispute

At Nawazuddin Siddiqui's opulent Andheri bungalow, a lot of drama took place. While the actor is away, his estranged wife Aaliya Siddiqui visited their home, and she claims that Nawaz's mother caused a commotion when she arrived.

According to a tweet from ANI, "Actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui's mother Mehrunisa Siddiqui filed an FIR against the actor's wife Zainab. Versova police has called her for questioning. It is alleged that Zainab had an argument with Nawazuddin's mother."

The other tweet read, "There is a property dispute between Nawazuddin, Nawazuddin's mother and Zainab alias Alia. A case has been registered u/s 452, 323, 504 and 506 of IPC. Zainab is Nawazuddin's second wife: Versova Police."

Talking to ETimes, Nawaz's wife told them that, she isn't financially stable and because she doesn't have her passport to travel to Dubai she decided to stay at her husbands house. But her sister-in-law Shaba and mother-in-law Mehrunnisa asked her to leave instantly. Her mother-in-law went on to say that Nawaz and she were divorced and that her second child is also illegitimate. She further alleged that, making such allegations and dragging a child into this is so hurtful and after all this, they have now filed a police complaint against her.

She went on to share that the actor’s family also called the cops to get her moved out of the house at midnight and all this while Nawazuddin was unreachable over the phone. Aaliya alleged that she was not even given a blanket to sleep through the night.

On Monday morning, Aaliya was served summons by the Versova police station, asking her to appear before them in a complaint filed against her, under IPC sections 452, 323, 504 and 506, which amount to trespassing and criminal intimidation among other charges.

For the unversed, over a decade ago, Nawazuddin wed Aaliya, also known as Anjana Kishor Pandey or Zainab. Aaliya had served Nawazuddin with a divorce petition in 2020.
