Nandita to star in Dhanush's first production

Two-film-old southern actress Nandita, who debuted with Tamil romantic-comedy "Attakathi", has bagged a role in in Dhanush's first production venture "Ethir Neechal".

"I'm playing an athlete in the film opposite Siva. It is a very different role. I will be sharing the screen space with Priya Anand (the main female lead)," Nandita, who is playing the second female lead, told IANS.

Senthil, former associate of Tamil filmmaker Vetrimaran, will direct "Ethir Neechal".

Meanwhile, the actress has also signed another Tamil project titled "Nalanum Nandhiniyum" to be directed by debutant Venkatesan.
