Because of a demanding shoot schedule and the pressure of looking their best on screen, actors seldom get an opportunity in indulging in tasty food.

Though many stars stick to healthy eats, some still allow for occasional indulgence while some stick to their comfort food.

In a recent episode, we saw Aneri Vajani tagging herself as a 'Biryani' in reference to her life being full of life and spice and not boring like 'Khichdi'.

But when it comes to food, Aneri has a completely different take on it!

We asked Aneri about her food pangs and here's what she said, "Well yes, I like my life spicy but when it comes to food, I would choose a comfort food like 'Khichdi' over a 'Biryani', though I am fond of a lot of other cuisines too!"

She also added, "How Khichdi is always the comfort food, and if someone is given something like Khichdi after a tiring day at work, it's relaxing."

Playfully, she describes the double meaning behind this, and went on to say, "Chahe logon ko hot ladkiyan pasand hoti hai (intended towards the hot and spicy Biriyani), aakhir me Khichdi hi logo ka saccha pyaar hoti hai."

We must say, she sure has some real humour to present before us.
