"My lawyers are replying to the notice sent to me"- Ali Asgar

Just a few days ago, there were news about Colors channel sending in legal notices to Ali Asgar and Sunil Grover barring them to perform the popular characters of Daadi and Gutthi from 'Comedy Nights With Kapil' respectively at any other shows.

We contacted Ali, who said, "Yes, I have received this notice from the channel and my lawyers are having their meetings to reply to it. They will be soon sending in an answer to the channel after planning the steps ahead."

According to sources, Frames Productions have roped in themselves with Kapil's K9 Production for his upcoming show which will also be having the same cast.

We asked Ali about the same to which he said "Honestly, when it comes to the production aspect, I cannot really comment on that. All we are concerned about is the creative aspect."

He added, "And yes, there are a lot of talks going on right now. We are planning the right way to go forward and come up with a new show. Kapil has a lot of ideas and is planning to execute the best one accordingly. But, nothing is confirmed as of yet! Be it the characters or us enacting them. I would have said if things were confirmed or even on the verge of being fixed."

All we can hope for is that Kapil and the cast comes up with a new show soon, as they are all dearly missed!
