Are you enjoying your time as a host?
Yes, very much.

Tell us your experience about your first day in front of camera? Were you nervous?
No I was not at all nervous. Why should I be?

Because it was the first time you were facing one…
Hehe …who said it was first time? I had faced camera many times before in my home too.

You have a camera at home like the one in the studio?
No, but a smaller one. The one with which you take pictures.

What do you have to say about your nickname- vadapav? Do you like it?
I don't like it when people call me with nicknames. Be it vadapav waali or naani, which is how Abhijeet bhaiya used to call me.

So what did you tell Abhijeet bhaiya when he called you naani?
I told him please don't call me naani. Mujhe khaali Afsha bulaana.( Just call me Afsha). And you know what? He called me – kaali Afsha. Then I said- nooo. Then he said oh ok kaala Afsha?

In your own words describe your co host Dhairya Sorecha?
He is a very good boy who does very good hosting also.

What about judges Abhijeet and Alka?
They both are nice but Abhijeet bhaiya is more fun.

We have seen many girls going out in the show, so how will you pep up the morale of your girls' team which is depleted?
I don't know how I will encourage them.

How is the tashan between Boys and Girls group going?
It's going great. I'm enjoying it all.

From where did you get your gift of gab?
From my parents of course!

There have been many celebrities who have come on the show. Who do you like the most?
My favorites are Shaan bhaiya and Govinda uncle.

Why?
Because they are great stars.

Are you happy or unhappy that you are not one of the contestants?
I'm very happy that I'm not a contestant, because I'm very small for singing and I would have gotten out at the very beginning.

During your free time on the sets do you do a lot of masti?
Yes. But I do masti only with my mouth. You see I'm an expert when it comes to that.

What about school?
Whenever there is shooting, school cut. Otherwise I attend both school and tuitions regularly.

Do you trouble your teachers?
No. I'm in fact a little bit scared of them. That's why I always tell my mom to drop me and pick me up from school.

What's your favorite food?
Noodles, burgers, pizzas.

So are you a mamma's pet or dadda's pet?
Mamma's pet!
