Actress Mrunal Thakur has spoken about the Instagram image of her crying, which she shared recently.  Her admirers and friends became concerned as soon as she shared the picture. Mrunal mentioned the photo and how she felt "so comfortable" after posting it in a recent interview.

While sharing the picture with her fans, Mrunal wrote, "Yesterday was tough. But today I'm stronger, wiser and happy! Everybody has pages in their stories they don't read out loud but I'm choosing to read mine out loud – because maybe someone out needs to learn the lesson I learnt. Taking one day at a time! It's ok to be naive and vulnerable."

While speaking to PTI, the actress said there is a 'thin line between feeling low and seeking help'.

She said, sometimes you want to hear positive things, you want that push from someone, and after putting that message out, she felt so calm. The majority of individuals no longer feel exposed. There are days when we feel down, depressed, or unconfident, but it does not necessarily equate to depression. Between feeling depressed and asking for help, there is a fine line. Simply put, don't be afraid to own your vulnerability.

She further added, "Everything appears beautiful, pretty, and aspirational in today's world, especially with the help of social media, but believe me, a lot of hard work goes into making that happen."

She concluded by saying that the actor or personality has a lot of issues to deal with. That post, therefore, served only to normalise feeling vulnerable. In a world where there are so many voices all around her, she feels like she has finally heard her own voice today. She opts to pay attention to her inner voice and she is really delighted."

Gumraah, a movie starring her and Aditya, will debut on April 7. It is a remake of the Tamil movie Thadam from 2019.
