Moon Banerjee back to Star Plus with Sasural Genda Phool

Moon Banerjee, who essayed the role of Sam in Kasautii Zindagii Kay is back with Star Plus, and is part of their new show launching on 1st March, Sasural Genda Phool.

Moon was last seen in REAL TV's Namak Haraam, after which she took a break.

According to our source, "Moon will play the daughter in the big joint family, wherein Supriya Pilgaonkar plays her mother".
   
When contacted, Moon tells us, "Yes, I play the Beti of the house, and my character name is Panna. I am so used to living in a joint family, that I find it tough to live only with my in-laws. Since I am in the same city, I keep coming to my maayka daily to meet my big family. My case is like that of a girl from Chandni Chowk getting married to a guy from Karol Bagh (smiles)".

She is happy to be part of Sasural Genda Phool, as she is a big fan of the Producer Ravi Ojha. "Another sentiment attached is that, I am part of the Star family again, after Kasautii Zindagi Kii", adds Moon.

Sasural Genda Phool launches on March 1st, and will be aired at the 7.30 PM slot.
