Monica Sharma looking forward to celebrate her birthday with family in Delhi!

Beautiful Monica Sharma aka Chandu of &TV's popular show Dilli Wali Thakur Gurls has turned a year older today.

The birthday girl is showered with lots of wishes and blessings from her fans and loved ones on her birthday today and she is looking forward to celebrate her birthday with her family at her hometown Delhi.

In a candid chat with TellyBuzz, Monica shares more about her birthday plans... She shared, "My Mom bought a cake last night so I had cut my birthday cake and today morning I came for my shoot and everybody welcomed me here with hugs and chocolates. I guess there might be some celebrations on the sets as well but I have no clue about it as of now. Tomorrow I am leaving for Delhi. I have a joint family there so we will have a big get together there. I am going there after a long time so there will be double celebrations."

So, is there anything that Monica has planned to gift to herself on her birthday? When asked about this, she said, "Nothing as of now but I have a commitment to myself on my birthday. As I have grown a year older today, so I have committed to myself that I will work even harder and grow."

The birthday girl is overwhelmed on receiving so much of love from her fans. Thanking all of them for their wishes and blessings, she told us, "I have got so many wishes and cards from my fans. One of my fans Diksha had sent me a link that has so many online cards and edits made by my fans. I got to know that they have been preparing for all this from a month. They really made my day so special and its because of them that my birthday had a good start. A big thanks, kisses and hugs to all of them."
