Shahid Kapoor is all set to welcome his second baby with wife Mira Rajput Kapoor and the actor is making sure he is there by his dear wife's side when she delivers their second bundle of joy in September.

Yes, the second Kapoor baby is arriving in September and we are super excited!

To be with Mira and his daughter Misha Kapoor when the baby arrives, Shahid is taking a month long paternity leave from work.

Two days back he left for Uttarakhand to complete the shooting of his next film 'Batti Gul Meter Chalu' which he will be winding up by mid- June. The team is shooting in Tehri and Dehradun and after that they will return Mumbai to wrap it up.

Soon after that by July end he will start working on Arjun Reddy which is the Hindi remake of the Telugu hit film.

A close source has been quoted DNA, "After finishing 'Batti Gul Meter Chalu', Shahid will get into the shoot of Arjun Reddy (AR), the Hindi remake of the Telugu hit, for which he will be sporting a different look. He will be growing his hair and beard, so he will wrap up BGMC before starting AR."

The source further shared that the actor is managing his dates in such a way that he can be with his wife, Mira, when they have their second baby.

"Shahid's wife is due in September, so he will take about a month's break to be with his family, post which he will resume AR's shoot," states another source.

Earlier as well, during the birth of Misha, too, Shahid had taken a paternity break to spend time with her and Mira.
