Sony's Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa is the reality show which is welcomed by actors as it seems very authentic for them to be a part of the show. But there are few such people for whom their prior commitments are more valuable than any new show. Meghna Malik is one who wants to give more importance to her present venture.

A source says, "Meghna Malik was the first one to be approached for Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa but due to her contract for Colors Na Aana Is Desh Ladoo she refused to be a part of the show. Meghna was approached as she has the passion to dance and bring in TRPs for the show, but she denied being part of the show."

When contacted, Meghna in a confirming tone says, "I was approached for Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa but due to my contract with Colors, I denied to be the part of the show. Besides taking up two ventures at the same time and not giving hundred percent to both is not my cup of tea. So I said No to Jhalak…"

"But on the other hand I thank Sony TV for keeping me in mind and approaching me for the awesome show," signs off Meghna.

The show is expected to launch this December and the channel is striving hard to rope in more popular names!
