Manoj Joshi in Sphere Origin's 'Gulaal'..

TellyBuzz was the first to report about Sphere Origin working on a big project for Star Plus. The show has a Gujarati backdrop, the shoot of which is reportedly happening in Jaisalmer. We were the first to report that versatile actor Rahil Azam and Mansi Parekh have been casted as the leads of the show.

This show which is titled 'Gulaal' will replace the popular show of Rajan Shahi, Sapna Babul Ka Bidaai. Bidaai is slated to end on a high note on November 13th.

The latest is that veteran actor Manoj Joshi has been roped in to play a vital role in Gulaal. We hear that the actor has already started shooting. Manoj, a very popular name in the Marathi theatre has done movies like Devdas, Sarfarosh, Hungama, Dhoom, Hulchul and many more..

When contacted, Manoj Joshi said, "I cannot comment anything as I have signed a contract".

Though nothing much has been revealed about the concept of the show, the channel and production house it seems, have a very interesting concept in hand, which guarantees very good ratings. The first promo of the show will hit the screens in a day or two.

When contacted, Producer Sunjoy Wadhwa said, "I cannot talk on the show now".
