Mannat Har Khushi Paane Ki: Mannat confronts Neetu after discovering she is drugging Vikrant

For those unaware, Vikrant was recently hospitalised due to food poisoning after eating a cake made by Mannat. However, Mannat is baffled—how could a cake cause such severe poisoning?

The story takes a shocking twist when Mannat overhears a conversation between a doctor and Neetu. Though she doesn’t see Neetu, Mannat learns that someone has been giving Vikrant a medicine that is slowly acting as a poison and contributing to his deteriorating health.
