Maleeka R Ghai opts out of Lajwanti!

TellyBuzz reported earlier about actress Maleeka R Ghai bagging a pivotal role on Trilogy Media Pvt. Ltd.'s upcoming show Lajwanti on Zee TV.

Maleeka had started shooting for the show and was very excited to be a part of it but unfortunately she had to opt out from the show because of an accident.

Our source informs us, "The cast of Lajwanti is currently shooting in Patiala and while shooting for a song sequence, Maleeka fell down and has got some internal injuries. She was immediately rushed to the hospital. Nothing major happened but she has been advised to take rest. So, Maleeka had to opt out from the show."

When we contacted Maleeka, she confirmed the news saying, "Yes, I have got some injuries and have been advised to take rest."

We wish Maleeka a speedy recovery!
