Major accident on sets of Colors’ Molkki; details inside

Accidents on television sets have become quite common. In the past, sets of Pandya Store, Divya Drishti, Paramavtar Shri Krishna among others suffered fire breakouts and other accidents. Now, India Forums have learned that there was a mini blast on the sets of Colors’ Molkki.

The show was being shot in Klicknixon Studio, Chandivali a few days back when the incident took place. The cast and crew were shooting for Purvi-Vipul’s wedding sequence on the sets. An eyewitness on the request of anonymity said, “For the wedding sequence, the fire was lit in the mandap set-up, it was connected to a gas cylinder. Apparently, due to the gas leakage, the blast happened. It had an intense impact. The behind the lens team tried to control the situation. The shoot was on a halt for a couple of hours. The actors were traumatized but the director was kind enough to let them come out of the trauma and only begin shooting after the precautions were taken”.

India Forums dialed Priyal Mahajan aka Purvi’s number to know about the incident, the actress requested us to call back later as she was busy shooting.

We contacted Naveen Sharma, who plays the role of Vipul in the show. He said, “It wasn’t that major. It was only a minor accident. I was numb for few minutes, things weren't syncing in, but later the production took charge of the situation immediately. I thank God for saving us from a big hazard”.

Well, India Forums have also exclusively reported about major developments in Molkki. Toral Rasputra aka Sakshi is set to make an exit from the show. Her exit has been planned to be open-ended, which means she might return in the future. We also informed our viewers that actors Rishika Nag and Mohit Hiranandani are set to enter the show. The duo will play rich brats from abroad. They would belittle Purvi but she will try to win their hearts.
