It all started when 44 CRPF jawans lost their lives in a terror attack at Pulwama on February 14. This obviously created tension between the two neighbouring countries. Following which many Pakistani actors and singers were banned from performing at the Indian soils.

Post it, India waged a war against terrorism and yesterday (February 26) at around 3 am, IAF (Indian Air Forces) jetted cross the LOC (Line Of Control) and struck at the Jaish terror camps. While the tension is building up slowly across the borders, celebs are sharing their views on social media platforms. Mahira Khan, who rose to fame in India for Bollywood movie, Raees opposite Shah Rukh Khan, shared her views on the current state of the two countries.

She wrote, "Nothing uglier. Nothing more ignorant than cheering for war. May sense prevail.. Pakistan zindabad."[sic] While the actress raised her voice against war, TV actress Devoleena Bhattacharjee shared her take on it. Replying to the tweet, she wrote, "Ugliest would be then if anyone feels uglier & criticise a war against terrorism...Never mind.Nation's love indeed make us blind but not terrorism. #JaiHind "[sic] While the Pakistani actress is hailing for no war, Devoleena's point on the war against terrorism is the need of the hour.
