Mahi Vij opens her heart for Akshay Kumar

Mahhi Vij is on cloud nine after her maiden performance in Sony TV's Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. Wondering why? Well read on to know more on it.

After the extravagant premiere of Jhalak yesterday, the show saw the inclusion of the Tees Maar Kaan team, Akshay Kumar and Farah Khan in its opening episode. Mahhi Vij who is an ardent fan of the 'Khiladi' was excited to meet him and opened her heart in front of him.

Our source from the set says, "Mahhi performed for a peppy number from Dil Bole Hadippa after which Akshay was really happy and appreciated her. Excited after seeing her favorite hero, she said that she always loved Akshay and had decided to marry a man who resembled him".

We all know that Mahhi is now engaged to the young heart throb Jay Bhanushali and we wonder what similarity she saw in him that resembled Akshay.

Well, answering to that question, our source adds "Mahhi said that when Jay smiles, his gums can be seen just like how Akshay's are seen and it just struck her mind that she got her Akshay Kumar".

Well now that we know that she has got her Akshay for real, we wonder what Jay must be feeling about this?

On a serious note, after Mahhi's performance its not only Akshay who was amazed but also the other judges.

"Farah Khan who graced the first episode said that Mahhi is TV's superstar and asked her to come and hug her. Madhuri Dixit too had a word of praise for the actress as she termed her to be the 'Chota packet bada dhamaka'", our source further adds.
