A big no no! (laughs)

What is your most memorable kitchen moment, be it happy or a disastrous one?

Once, I was trying to cook Khichdi and the cooker just burst out. Actually, I had kept the cooker on the gas and forgot about it because I was partying with my friends. that was one disastrous kitchen moment.
