Today, Maharashtra will be a host to Assembly elections of 2019. While many B-townies have already cast their precious votes early in the morning, celebrities have repeatedly proved themselves as the Responsible Citizens of this developing nation. The polling centers opened their gates at 7 am today and will continue to be accessible till 6 pm. 

Superstar Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao have already cast their vote and they were papped outside the voting centers. Apart from them, Madhuri Dixit, Govinda, Jackie Shroff, and many other B-townies have registered their votes.

Often, Celebrities make sure there are no shoots lined-up for the day and similarly, the actors have already fulfilled their duty!

Bollywood actor Riteish Deshmukh and wife Genelia Deshmukh stepped out to vote. Capturing the moment with a selfie, the couple has urged every citizen to go out and vote.

Taking it to his Instagram handle, the actor shared a picture with wife Genelia and captioned: “We have voted in #Latur.... I urge every voter to go out & vote. #maharashtra #elections”
