Liger Hunt Theme out: It provides a glimpse at Vijay Deverakonda's journey in the film

Vijay Deverakonda has been in the news a lot lately. He is, after all, celebrating his 33rd birthday today, and the internet is awash with tweets and messages wishing him well. Interestingly, the actor's role in the upcoming movie Liger is also making the headlines. 

Liger, directed by Puri Jagannadh and starring Ananya Panday, is a pan-India film. And, as fans sit tight for the movie, the creators have revealed the movie's hunt theme on the occasion of Vijay's birthday today.

Vijay's phenomenal transition, his strenuous look, and his tenacity are captured in this one and a half minute lyrical clip. It hints at Vijay's empowering journey from Mumbai's slum dog streets to becoming a Mixed Martial Arts champion. 

Farhad Bhiwandiwala, Shekhar Astitwa, and Vikram Montrose wrote the song, which was voiced by Farhad Bhiwandiwala and composed by Vikram Montrose. Surprisingly, the Liger hunt theme was revealed alongside an incredibly interesting poster that featured Vijay Deverakonda parading his ripped body.

Liger would be Ananya Panday's first collaboration with Vijay Deverakonda which is directed by Puri Jagannadh, and she has nothing but praises for her co-star. In fact, on Vijay's 33rd birthday, the Student Of The Year 2 actress shared a sunkissed photo of him with the caption, “Happiest Birthday @TheDeverakonda Let's kill it this year! All my love always."

Aside from Vijay and Ananya, Mike Tyson, the legendary boxer, will play a pivotal role in Liger. The much-anticipated film is all set to hit the big screens on August 25th this year in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.
